The website presents GoCryo and allows users to request information and quotations. The product cannot be purchased directly through the website.

Sales may be concluded with consumers as well as professional or business customers following direct contact and acceptance of a specific quotation or order confirmation.

Where a sale is made to a consumer, all mandatory rights provided by Italian and European consumer protection law remain fully applicable.

3. Product

GoCryo is a standard water-cooling product intended to be used in accordance with the technical characteristics, instructions and conditions provided.

Images, descriptions and content on the website are provided for informational purposes. The characteristics relevant to the sale are those stated in the quotation, order confirmation and documentation supplied with the product.

4. Quotation and conclusion of the contract

A request for information or a quotation does not constitute an order and does not create any obligation to purchase.

Commercial terms, payment methods, delivery costs, expected timing and any specific conditions are communicated to the customer through a quotation or other written communication.

The contract is considered concluded in accordance with the method stated in the quotation or order confirmation accepted by the customer.

5. Prices and costs

GoCryo prices are not necessarily published on the website and are communicated by quotation.

The quotation indicates the applicable price and, where relevant, taxes, shipping costs and other charges related to the order.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, payment may be made by bank transfer or PayPal.

Any payment deadlines, deposit or balance conditions and other payment details are specified in the quotation or order confirmation.

7. Availability, shipping and delivery

If the product is in stock, preparation for shipment is normally started without delay once the requirements applicable to the order have been completed.

If the product is not in stock, the indicative procurement or preparation time may be up to approximately four weeks, unless a different timeframe is communicated to the customer.

The delivery timeframe applicable to each order is the one communicated in the quotation or order confirmation, also taking into account carrier transit times and circumstances outside GoCryo's reasonable control.

8. Installation and support

GoCryo is intended to be installed and configured by the customer in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product.

GoCryo provides remote support, including by telephone or video call, to assist the customer with installation, configuration and use of the product.

9. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Where a contract with a consumer is concluded at a distance and the conditions under applicable law are met, the consumer normally has 14 days from delivery of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must communicate their decision clearly to GoCryo within the applicable period using the contact details provided in these terms or in the sales documentation.

The product must be returned in accordance with the instructions communicated. Unless otherwise provided by law or agreed otherwise, the direct costs of return may be borne by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal described in this section applies to consumers and does not automatically apply to purchases made by businesses or professionals acting in the course of their activity.

10. Legal guarantee and lack of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee provided by applicable law. New goods sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by a minimum two-year legal protection period from delivery against lack of conformity.

In the event of lack of conformity, the consumer may exercise the remedies provided by law, which may include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

The legal guarantee does not cover problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, installation or use contrary to instructions, tampering, accidental damage or external causes not attributable to an original defect in the product.

11. Professional and business customers

For purchases made by companies, professionals or other persons acting for purposes connected with their professional activity, consumer rights do not apply unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Any specific warranty, withdrawal, support, payment or delivery terms applicable to professional customers may be stated in the relevant quotation or contract.

12. Proper use and safety

The customer must use GoCryo in accordance with the instructions, technical specifications, safety guidance and environmental conditions specified for the product.

The product must not be modified, tampered with or used for purposes or under conditions that are incompatible with the documentation supplied.

13. Liability

GoCryo is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the product, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised installation or modification, use incompatible with the product's characteristics, or causes not attributable to the seller.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability or rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, particularly in relation to consumers.

14. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies are described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the consumer's right to benefit from mandatory protections provided by the law of the country in which they reside, where applicable.

For disputes involving consumers, mandatory rules on territorial jurisdiction and other remedies provided by applicable law remain applicable. For professional customers, any specific conditions may be stated in the relevant contract or quotation.

16. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

These terms may be updated if the service, commercial arrangements or applicable law change. The terms applicable to an individual purchase are those communicated and accepted in relation to that specific order.
